I agree with you. I honestly love this whole trending and how the creativity of the imagination of the artists flows through their own respective 'Country-Related-Miku-Representations'.

I am mostly indifferent bcuz there's not much to it. It is kinda strange how stuff without much substance gets all trending and stuff.

I think it's great. Objectively speaking, I believe Miku and Vocaloids in general are a way for people to express themselves, and seeing people representing their culture and some national pride is honestly amazing. To be fair though, I just love Miku in general, and this entire experience so far has been surreal.

'If' we are talking about 'Hatsune Miku'*: My guess would be that Miku is popular in Brazil because the program is freeware. The last time I checked Brazil had exorbitant taxes on all forms of electronic entertainment, which basically killed the video game market over there. (Aside from WoW gold farmers...)
